In the photograph of Fritz Wilhelm Buntrock shown to me, I recognize him as the former Kommandoführer [kommando leader] in the camp in Dora, Germany, where I stayed from September 1944 until 31 March 1945. I don’t remember the name of the person in the photo shown to me; I recognize him only by appearance.
The person shown to me in the photograph as the Kommandoführer in the Dora camp terrorized all the internees. I witnessed him beat three prisoners of the camp, Poles, for finding a few potatoes in their pockets.
I would like to mention that I stayed in the Auschwitz concentration camp from January 1943 until the end of March 1944, but I don’t recall Buntrock from Auschwitz, whereas Andrzej Suchojak, resident in Sosnowiec, Daleka Street 4a, as I know from talking with him, knew Buntrock and could give a lot of information about his conduct towards the Polish prisoners.
The report was read out.
