On 4 September 1947 in Lublin, the Municipal Court in Lublin, Penal Department, represented by Judge M. Ptaszyński, interviewed the person specified below as an unsworn witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of art. 107 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, the witness testified as follows:
Name and surname | Kinga Śledzińska |
Age | 40 |
Names of parents | Wincenty and Władysława, née Filipek |
Place of residence | Lublin, 1 Maja Street 23, flat 9 |
Occupation | office clerk at “Społem” |
Religious affiliation | Roman Catholic |
Criminal record | none |
Relationship to the parties | none |
In the photograph shown to me (the witness was shown a photograph of Hildegard Marthe Luise Lächert) I do not recognize a crew member of the Majdanek concentration camp near Lublin or of the Ravensbrück camp. Let me say that I was interned at the Majdanek concentration camp near Lublin between May and August 1943 and was then interned at the Ravensbrück camp from August 1943 until the end of war, i.e. until May 1945. I do not know who could testify about Lächert in detail.
The report was read out.
