Warsaw, 21 May 1946, Investigating Judge Halina Wereńko, delegated to the Commission for the Investigation of German Crimes, interviewed the person named below as a witness. After having advised the witness of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the significance of the oath, the judge swore him in, after which the witness testified as follows:

On 11 December 1943, I witnessed the execution of 40 men at the wall of the Statistical Office in Warsaw, at Leszno Street 5. Being present during the testimony given by Jan Ziółkowski today, I declare that I observed the same facts as those decribed by Ziółkowski.
I wish to stress that we observed the execution together.
