I hereby declare as follows: On 5 April 1944, during the German occupation, Germans and policemen arrived in our settlement, that is Wólka Ukazowa, and commenced the mass arrests of residents. Some of the arrestees were freed, while the rest were deported to Gross-Rosen concentration camp, namely:

1) Stanisław Ceglaż,

3) Jan Sapijanka,
4) Stefan Dunka,
5) Władysław Piskór.

All of the abovementioned were murdered in a cruel manner by the Nazi beasts in the camp of [...] between 1944 and 1945. I confirm the veracity of the above testimony with my own handwritten signature.
