son Witold, daughter Jadwiga, Janina, son Franciszek, Piotr, Stanisław Pyciarz, Wacław

Figura, Wincenty Skwira, Bronisław Skwira, and commander "Heniek".

4. Is it known what the victims were accused of, whether the execution was carried out in retaliation, etc.?

Hiding partisans.

5. Who carried out the execution (gendarmes, Gestapo men, SS men, policemen, the Wehrmacht)?

German gendarmes.

Unknown.

7. Were the corpses burnt or destroyed otherwise (where)?

They were burnt; the local populace buried their bones in the village of Chotcza Górna,

on the spot.

In the village of Chotcza Górna, Chotcza commune.

12 people in one ordinary grave.

On 1 October 1945, the contents of the above questionnaire were officially certified by Władysław Sowiński, the head of Chotcza commune, with the Municipal Court in Lipsko nad Wisłą.
