Kielce, 15 October 1948. Jan Zielono from the Investigative Office of the Citizens’ Militia in Kielce, with the participation of court reporter Zygmunt Winter, interviewed the person named below as a witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of Article 140 of the Penal Code, the witness testified as follows:

In 1942 I learned from my friends that my brother-in-law, Antoni Adamczyk, was a member of the Home Army.
In the fall of 1944 he was captured by the Germans in the forest near Mazur and brought to the Gestapo station in Kielce, together with Tadeusz Przybylski and Motyka. All these three men were arrested while walking together and carrying a first-aid kit.
After six weeks spent in the Gestapo station, they were taken away to [the Stadium] in the woods, and shot by the Gestapo-men, but I am unable to give any names.
In the fall of 1945 my brother-in-law was transferred to the Partisans’ cemetery in Kielce.
