With regard to the matter at hand I can provide the following information: On 18 November 1943, ten Poles were executed by shooting at Urzędnicza Street in Kielce. As I heard, on the previous day the victims were taken from the prison to what is now an Inland Revenue Office, and on the next day they were transported to Urzędnicza Street. My son was arrested on 14 October 1943 by some Gestapo men whose surnames I don’t know. I don’t know why he and the others were executed. I am also unaware which unit carried out the execution.

I don’t know the surnames of the perpetrators. After the execution, the victims were buried at on the spot.

At this the report was concluded, read out and signed.
