2) Jaworski Jakub, 54 years old, farmer,

3) Mochocki Jan, 55 years old, farmer,

4) Żuchowicz Franciszek, 15 years old, stayed with his parents,

5) fugitive whose personal details remain unknown,

6) soldier from a regiment from Częstochowa – surname unknown

1–4 were permanent residents of Wójtostwo settlement in Daleszyce commune.

4. Is it known what the victims were accused of, whether the execution was carried out in retaliation, etc.?

They were shot dead by the first German units to arrive because they were in contact with the retreating Polish troops.

Wehrmacht

6. Are the surnames of the perpetrators known?

No data

7. Were the corpses burnt or destroyed in any other way?

[The corpses] were left at the execution site without burial. When a few days later the local populace came back from the woods in which they had been hiding, the corpses were buried in the cemetery in Daleszyce.

Daleszyce cemetery, Daleszyce commune, Kielce district, 12 meters to the south-east from the chapel

Grave made of earth, 2 meters long, 3.6 meters wide, 6 victims buried together

There is no such need.

On 5 October 1945, the contents of the above questionnaire were officially certified by Teofil Lizis, the head of Daleszyce commune, with the Municipal Court in Daleszyce.
