Kielce, 9 March 1948, 9.00 a. m. Stefan Młodawski from the Criminal Investigation Section of the Citizens’ Militia Station in Kielce, with the participation of court reporter Marian Poniewierka, interviewed the person named below as a witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations, the witness testified as follows:
Name and surname | Stanisława Konca |
Parents’ names | Józef and Franciszka, née Łapińska |
Age | 48 years old |
Place of birth | Warsaw |
Religious affiliation | Roman Catholic |
Occupation | office worker |
Place of residence | Kielce, Równa Street 5, flat 7 |
During the occupation I lived with my husband in Kielce, where my husband worked in an underground organization.
On one occasion, on 23 June 1944, Gestapo men came to our flat and took my husband. On 6 July he was executed in Piaski by the Stadium. I heard that it was because of Edward Mączyński, who was executed by the underground organization. I would like to add that I don’t know the surnames of those who carried out the death sentences, but they were from the Gestapo.
At this point the report was concluded, read out and signed.
