Kielce, 6 May 1948, 10.00 a. m. Stanisław Gałka from the Criminal Investigation Section of the Citizens’ Militia Station in Kielce, on the instruction of the Deputy Prosecutor from the Regional District Court Prosecutor’s Office in Kielce, dated 24 March 1948, no. 64/47, with the participation of court reporter Józef Łukasik, interviewed the person named below as a witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of Article 140 of the Penal Code, the witness testified as follows:

On 21 August 1944, Tadeusz Tłuszczyński, my son, was caught by the Gestapo in Sienkiewicza Street in Kielce. They took him to the Gestapo at Focha Street.
He stayed there (at the Gestapo at Focha Street) until 6 September 1944. On 6 September 1944, together with five other people whose surnames I don’t know, as they were from the Kielce district. He was transported to the Stadium (the ski jump) and executed. The execution was carried out by the Gestapo by shooting the victims in the head.
The bodies of these six people were buried at the execution site, where they remained until 1945.
In 1945, after liberation, I took the body of my son from the Stadium and buried him in the cemetery of the resistance fighters in Kielce.
I know neither the surnames of the Gestapo men nor the reason why my son and these five other people were executed.
I would like to explain that Czesław Obertyński had been executed earlier than my son, in Piaski by the Stadium, in an execution of twenty two people. I don’t know who carried out the execution and I didn’t know any other victims of this execution.
