REGINA LASEK

Kielce, 6 November 1948. Marian Poniewierka from the Citizens’ Militia Station in Kielce, with the participation of court reporter Edward Pękalski, interviewed the person named below as a witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false declarations and of the wording of Article 140 of the Penal Code, the witness testified as follows:

Name and surname Regina Lasek
Parents’ names Leonard and Stanisława, née Wanat
Date and place of birth 17 May 1928, Kielce
Religious affiliation Roman Catholic
Occupation shop clerk
Place of residence Kielce, Szydłówek Dolny Street 4

I know the following: during the German occupation, on 7 August 1944, Jan Motyka went with medicine for wounded resistance fighters and was caught in a Gestapo dragnet together with his friends, Antoni Adamczyk and Tadeusz Przybylski, who were shortly afterwards executed at the Stadium in Kielce.

I have nothing more to add.
