27 January 1947, Szczecin. Investigative Judge A. Sobol interviewed the person named below as an unsworn witness. Having been advised of the criminal liability for making false statements the witness testified as follows:

On 5 A ugust 1944 I was in the basement of the tenement at the corner of Częstochowska

and Białobrzeska streets, between 12 a.m. and 1 p.m. Members of the Russian Liberation Army ordered us to come out. Having been robbed of everything we had, we were marched to Grójecka Street, where we stayed until the evening. In Grójecka I saw five men who had just been shot. One of them was still alive. He was trying to get up, catching his breath.

In the evening we were sent to Zieleniak where I stayed until 10 August 1944.

I have nothing else to add. On 10 August 1944 I was taken to Pruszków.
